Gemma previously worked within the education sector for 4 years where she progressed from consultant to team leader managing a team of 6. Gemma started out in recruitment at 20 years old when she worked within the financial sector with Morgan McKinley during her placement year at the University of West England, where she received a first-class degree in Business Management. Gemma has always been interested in business and loves the people and creative side, and her role at LMRE will be focused on SaaS sales in commercial real estate.
