"So refreshing to work with a recruiter that still followers traditional values. My recent experiences have been a kind of churn and burn approach with no candidate vetting, poor communications and total disorganisation.

Gemma was very professional in her LinkedIn approach, worked a vetting call around my schedule, was in constant communication (which was equally handled by Tabitha in Gemma's absence through holiday), provided support for interview prep and took time out to review my questions and review feedback after each interview stage. All of this not only made the process easy but definitely aided my approach for a job I really wanted.
