The company was founded in 2016 and is based across 7 locations: Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona and Boston.
Spacemaker is expanding globally, LMRE were on hand to help fill positions for their new office in Paris. Our team worked directly with the COO and Head of French office and aided in successfully filling spots for both Customer Success Manager and SAAS Enterprise Account Executive.
LMRE worked closely and proactively with Spacemaker from August – November in order to find the most suitable candidates for the positions in their Paris office. With a competitive interview process, our team were on the ground looking for the best potential candidate sending circa 30 CV’s and guiding applicants throughout the process. During the process Spacemaker was acquired by Autodesk, LMRE operated during this time to maintain the relationship with the candidate and client securing them whilst the transition was being finalised in the background.

Office App is an advanced engagement platform for professionals in offices. The company design and develop their product based on client feedback, data, and trends and offer their services via a mobile app for the best possible experience to its tenants. Office App was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Amsterdam, with offices in Frankfurt & London.
Office App are continuously growing and expanding, they employed LMRE to assist with the search of Senior Sales Manager in their French team.
LMRE has previously worked successfully together with Office App. In 2019 the team helped place the Head of Sales for the UK market. LMRE was approached to fill the role of Senior Sales Manager for France which came with very specific profile requirements. The candidate not only had to fit into the start-up environment and real estate industry, but also needed to match with the Office App culture. Our European team reviewed close to 1500 profiles across the French office market in order to find the suitable fit for the company and the role.

OnSiteIQ is a visual data capture platform built for owners and developers that makes it easier for them to construct, sell, and maintain their dynamic buildings through the use of commercial construction documentation. Their platform caters to several asset classes in Real Estate which includes: Commercial, Government, Healthcare, Education, Multifamily, and Hospitality. The company was founded in 2017, and is based in New York.
OnSiteIQ was looking to expand their Sales team and required Sales reps of different seniority levels within specific locations across the country. LMRE was tasked to find the best candidates to fill these roles in Q1 and early Q2.
LMRE worked closely with OnSiteIQ’s Chief Operating Officer, Kenn Stearns, and Vice President of Sales, Michael Chidiac, to understand the requirements that needed to be met for each Sales position they were looking to make a hire for. Requirements for each role varied in terms of the candidates’ experience in a SaaS sales capacity, their location, and the number of years they’ve been in a specific Sales role. Of the four different Sales positions LMRE successfully helped place two candidates so far.

Roby.ai offers an artificial intelligence assistant for rental agencies and property managers. It an autonomous machine that requires only a few human interventions and is able to execute across all the different tasks involved in property management. Roby.ai utilises push notifications via SMS and email to invite users and their clients to engage with the rental process. It reduces manual tasks, streamlines workflow, improves compliance, and reduces costs. The company was founded in 2017 and has offices in both London and Israel.
Roby.ai worked with LMRE as they were looking to expand their operations in the UK. Our team were successful placing all roles in their UK team.
Towards the end of 2019 LMRE placed the Head of Business Development and Roby.ai came back seeking help to fill a Lead Account Manager role to start their customer success arm. The job specification required in depth technical understanding with a strong background in Residential Lettings. The team at LMRE worked tirelessly, speaking to circa 60 candidates to find the perfect fit, following up with 17 appropriate profiles and resulting in a successful hire.

Their comprehensive lettings service is simple, fair and transparent, and is underpinned by market-leading technology developed in-house. The company was founded 2017 and is based in London.
The team at Home Made came to LMRE seeking help to fill positions as they were rapidly growing their UK team including 2 Business Account Managers, 2 Account Managers & 1 Operations Associate (Tenancy Management).
LMRE worked closely with Home Made’s founder Asaf Navot in the summer of 2020 where LMRE were able to place an Account Manager role in under a week. There was a fair amount of pressure to find the right candidate for the role but the team were able to add intrinsic value by saving time and sending the most relevant candidates. LMRE has been successful in placing 5 candidates across different departments within the company.

To work with Roofr to hire their first Head of Revenue responsible for building out their sales team in North America and taking the company through to their next round of funding.
LMRE successfully sourced and placed a winning candidate that lined up perfectly with Roofr company values and culture within a 1.5 month time period. This was the first role of its kind at Roofr.
LMRE is the preferred recruiting partner for Roofr and will continue to work closely with the team on their PropTech hiring needs.

Equiem’s technology and staffing solutions help property owners/managers better connect with occupants, enhance customer service/experience and ultimately, make tenants less likely to exit when their lease expires. The company was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
LMRE was approached to help build out Equiem’s sales team in the US and the UK, enabling them to continue to scale globally.

The team at LMRE spoke with different stakeholders throughout Equiem to understand the different perspectives of what the role would entail. LMRE shortlisted a group of high calibre candidates for Equiem to interview and as a result successfully place their Head of Business Development in New York.

To establish OpenSpace’s European team; Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives and Customer Success Managers.
LMRE partnered with OpenSpace’s CEO to understand their upcoming plans for expansion into the European market. They were looking to make their first sales hire that was going to be crucial for their success in a new market. LMRE was able to consult OpenSpace on salary benchmarking and what experience OpenSpace could expect throughout Europe. OpenSpace ended up hiring two rather than one salesperson to open up their UK office. Shortly after LMRE was tasked with building out their customer success and sales development team. A total of 6 hires for their founding European team.
OpenSpace plans to stay close to LMRE as they grow domestically and internationally.
