With the largest percentage of the Global VC investment originating in the United States it was a natural next step for LMRE to launch our North American division in 2020. While we have been supporting all of our key North American clients remotely for some time, due to exceptional growth in the region, 2022 was the perfect time for us to establish our brand locally and set up an office in New York. This will allow us to be closer to our key strategic partnerships with many of the leading innovators within the built environment, including VC backed start-ups, real estate brokerages and investment firms.
