Our Client is looking for a Product Manager to help drive the development of a platform focused on sustainable building solutions. In this role, you’ll help shape the product from the ground up—working closely with cross-functional teams to translate user insights, challenges, and opportunities into impactful, commercially viable features.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle—from early research and concept development through launch, performance tracking, and iteration.
• Support prototyping, user testing, and go-to-market efforts to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively.
• Partner closely with design and engineering teams to ensure solutions are thoughtfully explored and executed to a high standard.
• Build strong business cases that clearly communicate product value, use cases, technical needs, and return on investment.
• Define and track key metrics to evaluate product performance and guide ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to support clear product positioning, effective rollouts, and strong adoption.
• Organize and facilitate user feedback sessions, integrating insights into the product development process.
• Stay informed on evolving sustainability trends, regulations, and technologies relevant to the decarbonization space.
• Lead discovery efforts by conducting deep user research and gathering input from stakeholders across the organization.
• Analyze market dynamics, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify areas for differentiation and strategic growth.
• Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with near- and mid-term business goals.
• Advocate for a user-first, data-informed product development approach across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in early to growth-stage SaaS or PaaS companies.
• Proven track record of leading full product lifecycles—from initial discovery through to launch and iteration—not just managing isolated features.
• Strong skills in user research and data analysis, with a talent for turning insights into impactful product decisions.
• Experienced in collaborating with design and engineering teams within agile, cross-functional environments.
• Exceptional communicator with high emotional intelligence and a naturally curious mindset.
• Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity, with a data-informed approach to solving problems and making decisions.
• Deep interest in sustainability and driving positive environmental outcomes.
• Action-oriented and proactive in engaging with users and customers.

Nice To Have

• Experience working on SaaS products within sustainability, energy, engineering, or investment-related domains.
• Familiarity with cross-functional product squads and collaborative team structures.
• Background or formal training in user experience design or user research.
• Understanding of carbon accounting, ESG reporting, or broader decarbonization methodologies.
• Technically fluent enough to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proficient in using product analytics tools and applying data-driven methodologies.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
