Their solution provides real-time data and automation, enabling contractors to manage construction site operations efficiently and confidently.
Following their $15M Series B in 2024 ($26M total funding), they are expanding into the US market and seeking a Senior Product Manager to align their product with the needs of the US construction industry.
About the Role
They’re looking for a dynamic Snr Product Manager to join their growing team and act as a vital bridge between the Israeli HQ and the US market. Based in New York, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Israel and the US, including Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, to deliver impactful product solutions tailored to their US customers.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between US-based stakeholders and the Israeli Product and Development teams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation in the construction tech space.
- Define product requirements and prioritize features based on market needs and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements on time and with high quality.
- Maintain strong communication and alignment with Israeli teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across time zones and cultures.
- Visit construction job sites to gather first-hand insights and validate product use cases.
- Regularly travel between New York, New Jersey, and Florida to meet customers and support field teams.
Qualifications & Person Specification
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or construction tech industries.
- Experience in a start-up / scale-up environment company.
- Strong understanding of the construction or related industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently between US states and occasionally to Israel.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- 4 days per week in office / onsite
