As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales function from the front, overseeing and executing the end-to-end sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking ownership and the chance to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS scale-up.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional performance by improving team efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring achievement of defined targets.
• Oversee, support, and empower team members to meet their individual goals.
• Track and enhance key performance metrics, including Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), and renewal rates through proactive customer engagement strategies.
• Host webinars and represent the organization at relevant industry events.
• Promote a disciplined, accurate, and results-oriented working approach within the team.
• Continuously expand industry and product expertise to address client requirements and navigate complex challenges.
• Deliver high-quality product demonstrations, both on-site and virtually, engaging effectively with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sales, with strong capabilities in pitching, presenting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Outgoing, commercially driven, and adaptable in approach.
• Solid understanding of SaaS products and the associated sales lifecycle.
• Experience leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Background in, or interest in, sectors such as IT, construction, or real estate.
• At least five years of experience in a sales role, with a consistent record of achieving targets.
