Account Executive

They deliver customized layout plans for any space and tenant in less than 24 hours, accelerating turnaround times at a fraction of the alternative cost to traditional methods.

About the Role
They are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in CRE owner/operator contacts, sales leadership skills, and a background in startups, with a preference for individuals who thrive in a proactive sales environment.
  
Responsibilities

• Lead sales and business development activities.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and new client acquisition.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
• Represent our company at industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and capabilities.

  
Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong network of contacts in CRE owner/operator circles.
• Experience in a start-up type environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives and close high-value deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
