Our Client is looking for an experienced Account Executive.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new revenue by developing and executing strategic plans across designated markets and accounts within complex, capital-intensive industries.
This role focuses on both acquiring new customers and growing existing relationships. You will manage end-to-end sales engagements, navigating multi-layered stakeholder environments from initial outreach through to negotiation, close, and transition to delivery. You will be accountable for achieving defined revenue targets and contributing to the overall success of the commercial function.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned with revenue targets and long-term growth objectives, prioritizing high-value opportunities based on market potential and fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, from operational teams to senior executives, positioning the company as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Apply a consultative, value-based sales approach by understanding client challenges and translating them into clear business cases demonstrating ROI, operational impact, and risk reduction.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution alignment, negotiation, and deal closure, while navigating complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales development, operations, and delivery teams to drive pipeline growth, align solutions to customer needs, and ensure successful onboarding and account expansion.
  • Engage with external partners and industry stakeholders to support co-selling opportunities and strengthen overall account strategy.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments, providing insights to refine positioning and strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM data, using insights to identify risks and optimize performance.

  
Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles with responsibility for annual revenue targets.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals (typically six-figure+) involving multiple stakeholders and extended decision-making processes.
  • Strong background in consultative, value-based selling, including account planning and execution of strategic sales initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
  • High level of CRM discipline and comfort working within structured sales methodologies and processes.
  • Experience selling into complex, high-regulation or mission-critical industries (e.g., large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or capital-intensive sectors).
  • Background in technology-driven solutions such as SaaS, cloud platforms, or industry-specific software.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior executives while also collaborating with operational and delivery teams on the ground.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and relationship-focused, with a long-term approach to customer success.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required for client engagement and business development activities.
