Our client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a growing technology company.
About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a growing technology company developing an AI-powered platform that is transforming the construction and preconstruction industry. The company is building an innovative platform that uses artificial intelligence, knowledge graphs, and advanced document analysis to help construction teams manage complex projects more efficiently. Its technology enables contractors to streamline bidding, automate quantity take-offs, identify design conflicts, track drawing revisions, and generate detailed scopes of work. With an established customer base across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, the business is entering an exciting phase of product development and expansion. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping, delivering, and continuously improving the company’s product offerings. Working closely with senior engineers, customers, and commercial stakeholders, you will translate customer needs into actionable product requirements, prioritize development initiatives, and ensure high-quality features are delivered efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain the product roadmap, translating strategic priorities into clearly defined features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage the day-to-day product backlog, prioritizing development activities based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
Oversee the product release lifecycle, including feature validation, staging acceptance, release readiness, documentation, and phased rollouts.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product requirements are clearly communicated, technically feasible, and delivered within agreed timelines.
Take ownership of product quality by identifying, investigating, and prioritizing bugs, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Engage directly with customers through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and product demonstrations to understand challenges, validate requirements, and identify opportunities.
Manage customer feedback and feature requests, balancing immediate requirements with longer-term product priorities.
Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to define pilot programs, establish realistic expectations, and support successful customer implementations.
Lead the product management aspects of user experience, ensuring features are intuitive, practical, and aligned with real-world customer workflows.
Develop prototypes, workflows, and proof-of-concept solutions to validate ideas and communicate product requirements before development begins.
Coordinate with third-party technology providers and integration partners to support platform functionality and seamless system integrations.
Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and recurring feedback to inform prioritization and identify potential customer retention risks.
Maintain accurate product documentation, including specifications, user stories, release notes, and development records.
Champion a collaborative, customer-focused approach to product development, balancing innovation, usability, reliability, and speed of delivery.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technically complex technology environments. Equivalent experience in a closely related technical product role will also be considered.
Proven experience managing digital products throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and roadmap planning through development, testing, and release.
Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts and customer requirements into clear, actionable development specifications.
Experience working closely with software engineers and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to prioritization.
Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and translating insights into product improvements.
Ability to balance competing priorities, manage scope effectively, and deliver incremental product improvements within tight development cycles.
Good understanding of user experience principles, product workflows, and usability testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, commercial, and customer-facing teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with distributed teams and international customers.
Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to take ownership, challenge assumptions, and make evidence-based product decisions.
Previous experience in construction technology, architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or other industries involving complex operational workflows would be advantageous.
Familiarity with AI-powered products, large language models (LLMs), knowledge graphs, or intelligent document processing would be beneficial.
Experience developing prototypes using AI-assisted development tools or other rapid prototyping solutions would be an advantage.
Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis, troubleshooting, or prototyping would be desirable.
Previous experience managing enterprise software pilots, technical integrations, or customer-facing product launches would be beneficial.
A technical background, including previous experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical program management, would be highly valued.

"I am pleased to provide a reference for LMRE based on our experience working together at
Parity over the past three years.
During that time, LMRE has supported us across more than ten hires spanning commercial,
operational and technical roles spanning from mid-level to VP. These were not simple
placements. Many required navigating niche PropTech skill sets, tight timelines, and a high
bar for culture fit within a scaling venture-backed business. LMRE consistently delivered
strong, well-qualified candidates and operated as a genuine advisor rather than a transactional
recruiter.
What has differentiated LMRE most is their understanding of our business and market
positioning. They took the time to learn our product, customer profile and hiring strategy,
which meant the candidates presented were aligned not only on experience but also on
motivation and stage suitability. As a result, our interview-to-hire ratio has been materially
stronger with LMRE than with any other agency we have used.
They have also handled sensitive situations professionally - compensation alignment,
competing offers and executive-level expectations were managed carefully and transparently,
protecting our employer brand throughout the process.
From a partnership standpoint, communication has always been clear and proactive. We were
never left guessing about pipeline health or market realities, and their data-backed feedback
often helped us refine role scope and compensation before issues emerged.
Based on our experience, I would confidently recommend LMRE as a long-term recruitment
partner to any venture-backed real estate or PropTech company, particularly those scaling
teams where quality and market credibility matter.
