Technical Product Manager

About the Role
  
Our Client is seeking a Technical Product Manager to take ownership of product quality, performance, and delivery within a growing AI-enabled technology business. This role will help define how product quality is measured, identify where the platform can improve, and ensure customer feedback and performance data translate into clear product priorities.
Working closely with Engineering, AI, Customer Success, and leadership, this individual will combine technical product management with quality assurance and product operations. The ideal candidate is highly comfortable with AI technologies, technically curious, data-driven, and able to translate between customer needs and engineering requirements in a fast-moving environment.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Define measurable quality and performance standards across key product features and capabilities.
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks, test scenarios, and quality assurance processes for AI-powered functionality.
• Monitor product performance, identify regressions or recurring issues, and work with technical teams to drive improvements.
• Use real-world customer interactions and product data to identify new test cases and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage issue triage, distinguish between product, configuration, data, and user-related issues, and ensure effective resolution.
• Partner with Customer Success to translate customer feedback and pain points into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Own features from problem definition and requirements through delivery, testing, and validation.
• Create clear product requirements, documentation, success criteria, and development priorities.
• Contribute directly to roadmap planning and prioritization using customer feedback, performance data, and business objectives.
• Communicate product changes, releases, and new capabilities effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a closely related role working directly with engineering teams.
• Strong practical understanding of AI technologies and experience using AI tools within day-to-day product or technical workflows.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to evaluate feasibility, understand system behavior, and communicate effectively with engineers.
• Experience defining and measuring product quality using data, testing frameworks, performance metrics, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex product issues.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational tools to evaluate product performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between technical, commercial, and customer audiences.
• Strong customer orientation with experience turning feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Experience with AI evaluation, model testing, quality assurance, or testing AI-powered functionality is highly desirable.
• Basic data querying skills and experience producing product requirements or technical documentation are advantageous.
• High level of ownership, adaptability, and follow-through, with experience operating in a fast-paced or early-stage technology environment preferred.
