Territory Sales Manager– Construction Tech SaaS
Location: Northeast or Midwest, US

About the Role
They’re seeking a motivated seasoned Territory Sales Manager (IC Position) with 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally within Construction Tech. In this remote role, you’ll report to the Head of Sales and help drive adoption of their innovative platform by prospecting, engaging, and closing deals with construction builders and project owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect new accounts, hold virtual/in-person meetings, and understand customer challenges.
  • Engage stakeholders, run tailored demos, and close deals with a customer-focused approach.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to exceed targets and ensure outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Showcase the platform’s capabilities and collaborate with Solutions Engineering for personalized demos.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales with a proven ability to identify and close strategic contracts.
  • Startup mindset: entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a results-driven “hunter” mentality.
  • Experience in construction workflows and selling to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of exceeding quotas.
