Our client is looking for a results-oriented and strategic Enterprise Account Manager to drive complex sales engagements with high-profile clients. The role involves overseeing the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through to senior stakeholder presentations and contract negotiation, while effectively positioning enterprise-level solutions. The successful candidate will cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, develop a deep understanding of client requirements, and deliver tailored, value-driven outcomes. This opportunity suits a confident communicator with experience navigating intricate sales processes, who is motivated to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative environment focused on advancing real estate technology.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding targets within a defined territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, developing a clear understanding of their business needs and delivering tailored, solution-focused recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with product offerings, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively position and promote solutions.
  • Represent the organisation at industry and marketing events, prepare sales performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), with 3+ years of proven success in technology or software sales
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, pricing and positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office, with the ability to understand and present technical solutions effectively
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive, with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building
  • Experience engaging decision-makers within mid-sized organisations, adopting a responsive and client-centric approach
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
