You will be responsible and accountable for the successful launch into the US market.
You will have strong relationships within the industry, but also have a deep business and operational background. You will have demonstrated success with innovating and implementing solutions, especially within real estate or similar industry. You will focus on effective delivery, problem solving, building stakeholder relationships and working with employees across their multiple offices. You must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty as they are launching into the US. They are looking for an all rounder who feels comfortable with business development, customer relationship, operations and product features. You will also play a critical role in defining the long-term operating plan for growth in the market and identifying operational and business needs. As the business grows, you will play a key role in growing the business and team.
