- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including group presentations and live web-based demos
- Proficiency in Italian and English, and at least one other language - French/German are a relevant asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications, as well as the ability to work with a CRM
- The ability to work remotely and independently, and be part of a team
- Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving skills from past or present projects and experiences
- Proficient in both German and French
- Has experience with OKRs
