This position will assume responsibility for leading successful Outbound Sales Development with a responsibility to build high-velocity, long-lasting relationships with potential clients and work in close collaboration with end-of-funnel sales team members to aid in closing & nurturing. You will be acting as the first point of contact for commercial conversations, excite and qualify prospects with a high degree of professionalism.
Moreover, this role will be responsible for effective top-of-funnel, Inbound Lead Profiling for high value inbound accounts. Being the first point of contact for inbound leads means effectively conveying their value proposition to new accounts and maintaining relationships with accounts that have not become buyers yet.
This individual has an eye for strategy and is able to quickly identify client needs in a micro and macro perspective to build portfolio-wide strategies as well as offer quick, go-to solutions to ensure accounts become buyers as quickly as possible. The ideal candidate should possess analytical skills, be a problem-solver and be highly organized.
This full-time position is based in Berlin and will be responsible primarily for German and for synergies between other markets as they expand to more countries.
