Our Client is looking for a skilled Marketing Manager.

Our Client was built to be the enterprise software solution for property management within retail and mixed use destinations to support tenant retention and drive customer acquisition. Their clear value proposition is delivered through a single platform, delivering a suite of tools to support marketing & communication, occupier experience, operations & facilities management and security
  
The role:
  
Our Client is looking for a skilled Marketing Manager. As a direct report of the Global VP Marketing, they will be an important contributor to the planned growth and a key brand ambassador for the company. The primary focus of the role will be to deliver and execute on a marketing strategy to support the growth of the business. The marketing activities will have a material impact on company’s strategy throughout the entire marketing lifecycle.
  
Role Responsibilities & Experiences:

  • Commercial Real Estate experience and an expert understanding of property and asset management
  • Experience working in a scaling SaaS company
  • Experience creating and delivering a marketing strategy
  • Experience identifying key channels for distribution of marketing materials to support brand awareness and lead generation
  • Focus on delivering against key targets, and working towards company goals
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, sales and account management to understand audience personas, industry trends and customer pain points to inform strategy and content creation
  • Expert in the creation, management and distribution of content including: targeted copy for ABM, Case studies and customer content, whitepapers, research, articles, interviews and blog posts, videos & infographics, Ad copy and B2B social posts, and product content
  • Proven organisational skills, maintaining marketing calendar for consistent and timely delivery across various platforms
  • Developed and executed on SEO strategy, to improve organic visibility and drive traffic
  • Analytical mind with ability to monitor performance metrics, analyse data and provide insights to refine strategy
  • Experience cultivating and managing relationships with customers, industry influencers, guest contributors and partners
  • Work to deadlines, with strong project management skills

Soft & Technical Skills:

  • Able to demonstrate an ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders, including executive and C-level
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and Google Advertising
  • Understanding of SEO strategy and delivery tactics
  • Proven flair for client communication and understanding client behaviour and value proposition / objectives – a great “StoryTeller”
  • Experience working in a global role
  • Ability to navigate a suite of tools and understand multiple customer benefits/problems
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Suite (specific focus on Google Slides/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel)

General Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement growth strategy, optimising every part of the marketing funnel.
  • Own digital marketing initiatives, to support achieving goals
  • Work across the marketing mix to ensure the right channels are used to reach target audience
  • Drive continuous improved performance day-to-day
  • Lead on content and digital marketing strategy
  • Support sales with refining collateral to support GTM
  • Oversee content creation to deliver across thought leadership and sales enablement
