As a Head of Sales/Commercial Director you will be responsible for their new business commercial leadership through their business development and marketing functions. You will set and be accountable for new business revenue targets, their business pipeline and marketing eﬀectiveness.
In this role, you will provide inspirational and supportive leadership to two business development managers and a marketing manager. In time you will be a key stakeholder in helping us hire more talented people into the sales team as they grow.
This is a senior leadership role at the business and you can expect to join the Senior Leadership Team to steer the future direction of the business.
