The business has implemented a workflow system and data warehouse and is in the process of embedding them as part of the core platform across the business. In addition, there are numerous existing business systems in place that must be supported and developed and, in some cases, demised and replaced by new technology. The role will be responsible for the administration of several of these systems as well as becoming a "Champion" who can assist and train others in the business. The person will work closely with the Digital Transformation Associate (DTA) as well as other key stakeholders across the business in order to improve and develop the systems and processes.
Key Job Responsibilities
Central administration resource, working closely with the DTA and local champions, primarily to advocate their HighQ Collaborate/Publisher (Workflow tool and Intranet), AIM (Salesforce) and DocuSign instances across the wider IRCP network. Acting as a first point of contact in the business the role will primarily cover BAU activities with platform development and enhancements as a secondary activity.
Under the guidance of the DTA, work collaboratively with the business functions to ensure strong data governance principles are applied to both existing and new processes and develop reports within the platforms to monitor breaches and escalate as appropriate.
Assist the DTA in the roll out of projects that utilise the above instances. This will include gaining exposure to scoping (and where applicable challenge) project requirements, think outside the box about possible options, documentation of processes, testing and deployment of solutions.
Assist in development of training manuals and hosting individual/group sessions to educate colleagues on the adoption of best practices and guidance on new/existing processes. Assist in the organization of feedback sessions to capture improvements/enhancements/learnings.
Contribute to the upgrade of any of the platforms to ensure that deployments minimize disruption to the business and any preliminary investigative work is thoroughly undertaken.
From time to time assist members of the Digital Transformation Team with projects that utilize other platforms such as the data warehouse/data lake and various data visualization tools.
Develop business relationships across the IRCP business to promote the Digital Transformation Team and its capabilities.
Assist with exploratory testing as required
Skills and Qualifications
Experience of the key systems (HighQ Collaborate/Publisher, AIM (Salesforce), Docusign) an advantage
Able to demonstrate passion and experience of systems and technology
Strong analytical and process improvement / transformation skills
Knowledge of the investment management business in real estate or infrastructure an advantage but not essential
Able to demonstrate administration and process control experience
Detail oriented and thorough
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team and being able to work in a deadline driven environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Degree qualified preferred
