With this platform, contractors and owners can bid, plan, and build more effectively.
When a project team utilizes this technology, they are able to drastically reduce the risk of delay or cost overrun, while accelerating construction durations by an average of 16.2% and reducing labor costs by 14.7%, resulting in millions of dollars in savings.
  
About the Role You will interface with construction professionals including executives, consultants, project managers, schedulers, superintendents, project engineers, and BIM/VDC resources from the
world’s largest construction and engineering firms, as well as owners and developers. This is their first hire in the UK and you will be a individual contributor who owns the full 360 sales cycle and is capable of complex, multi stakeholder deals.
  
Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, position, find budget, identify champions and navigate the procurement process through a consultative and insights-driven sales approach
  • Use strong statistical skills and understanding of business outcomes and key drivers to define the KPIs that matter most to customers — drive the deal forward
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral – value proposition pitch decks, RoI cheat sheets
  • Build a plan to increase customer advocacy and create referenceability
  • Provide valuable input in to product roadmap and be the voice of the customer for the product management and engineering teams

  
Qualifications & Person Specification   

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in selling to medium and large enterprises ACV of $100K to $300K products
  • Demonstrable (through real data) history of closing six and seven figure deals at large companies
  • Experience in selling into complex European companies (multi division etc) … ideally construction but not exclusively
  • Ability to identify champions and budgets in our category — defining effort where the playbook is still being written
  • Capability to identify strategic initiatives within an enterprise so as to align our product and create or re-allocate budgets
  • Excellent communication, influential and presentation skills at senior management levels; visualization skills and the ability to succinctly articulate concepts and ideas in a simple fashion
  • Ability to collaborate across functional teams at various levels of the organisation
  • Ability to navigate complex people dynamics and politics on the client side
  • Additional languages are nice to have as well.
