The core areas we will aim to educate members on include: market insights on talent, providing connections to our ConTech ecosystem, cultivating an inclusive culture, diverse hiring strategies, equity initiatives to implement internally, conducting interview and job description training sessions, competitive tailored salary benchmarking and much more!” We will have several exciting collaboration announcements throughout the year to extend to our community, so keep your eyes peeled!”
Founder of the C-Tech Club, John Priestland, said: “Supporting our members throughout their development journey is at the heart of what the C-Tech Club exists to do, so I am delighted that we are partnering with LMRE. Finding the right candidates to scale their teams effectively is a real concern for the founders of start-ups, and the expertise and support that LMRE is generously providing is sure to have a positive impact.”
