Our Client is looking for the experienced Account Manager.

About the Role
  
Our Client is looking for the Account Manager who will be at the forefront of customer interactions, serving as the key liaison between board members and company’s various specialized teams. This role requires the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with board members, advise them on the right direction, provide solutions and assistance on a range of building and property issues, achieve complete board member satisfaction, and ensure a smooth operational environment.
  
Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring professionalism and trust.
  • Manage solutions for building and property issues efficiently and promptly.
  • Act as the central point of contact for buildings’ board members and internal teams, providing support and addressing inquiries and needs.
  • Train clients on the effective use of company’s systems and tools.
  • Coordinate communication between board members and various teams within the company, ensuring clarity and openness.
  • Gather feedback from clients and utilize it for continuous improvement of services offered.
  • Prioritize customer needs to make sure the team is focused while communicating constantly to the customer.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, consulting or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to customer service, focusing on empathy, responsiveness, and relationship-building.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • High organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Understand numbers and feel comfortable working with financial projection
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work outside of business hours for client meetings.
