LMRE’s dedicated Insurtech team specialises in recruitment across the P&C insurance ecosystem, partnering with companies across the US and Europe that are building the next generation of insurance technology and infrastructure.

We work with businesses from Pre-Seed through to Series D and beyond, including AI-enabled platforms, SaaS vendors, tech-enabled MGAs and embedded insurance providers across underwriting, pricing, policy administration, claims, distribution and data-led insurance solutions.

The team recruits across GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management and Partnerships, as well as specialist insurance functions such as Underwriting, Pricing, Claims and Operations. We support hires from individual contributor level through to VP, with executive search managed through a separate dedicated function.
