Key Responsibilities
  
Integration Leadership

• Lead and manage client integration projects involving systems such as property management platforms, CRM tools, and access control solutions.
• Define technical and functional requirements in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate quality assurance, data validation, and deployment with technical stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and proactively manage dependencies across systems and teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, QA, and client-facing teams.
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Ensure integration milestones align with client onboarding schedules and product roadmaps.
• Partner with customer success and implementation teams to ensure readiness for go-live.

Technical Expertise

• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s API architecture, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Gain familiarity with common property management and CRM systems to support scoping, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with developers to evaluate technical feasibility, resolve integration issues, and ensure data integrity.

Process & Communication

• Maintain oversight of all active integration projects and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Document technical configurations, project outcomes, and best practices to enable consistent delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes, documentation standards, and integration frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, product operations, solution architecture, or SaaS implementation within the multifamily industry. Only candidates with multifamily experience will be considered.
• Proven track record managing API-driven integrations or system connectivity projects, ideally involving CRM or property management platforms.
• Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, data exchange processes, and API workflows.
• Proactive problem solver who takes initiative to investigate and resolve issues independently.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in parallel within dynamic environments.
