About the Role
This is an applied, client-focused technical role that bridges software delivery, compliance frameworks, and information systems. In this position, you will act as the key connector between customers, technical teams, and product experts, enabling effective customer integration, smooth implementation pathways, and long-term system engagement. You will partner extensively with organisations across the UK – spanning senior decision-makers through to frontline practitioners, helping them grasp both their needs and the practical application of the technology to achieve measurable results. Your input will meaningfully influence how the product develops, how customers succeed, and how the business expands. This role suits someone who combines technical capability with strong interpersonal skills, and who thrives on making complex technology understandable, adaptable, and truly useful.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client onboarding, system setup, and deployment for new organisations
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the primary technical liaison
- Deliver bespoke product demonstrations and training programmes (remotely and face-to-face)
- Interpret sophisticated client requirements into practical system configurations or product enhancements
- Build and sustain robust, advisory relationships with client stakeholders
- Work alongside commercial, product, and technical teams to address system issues and streamline processes
- Create clear, accessible technical documentation and support materials
- Proactively identify opportunities for clients to maximise platform value
- Represent the organisation at sector events and client engagements (UK travel required)
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in technical client management, SaaS customer success, or system implementation
- Adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong data literacy; capable of diagnosing intricate system behaviours
- Accomplished communicator with a proactive, advisory style
- Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities
- Comfortable navigating evolving procedures and uncertainty within a growing organisation
- Background or interest in social housing, regulatory compliance, or asset management sectors is beneficial
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, process automation tools, or business intelligence software (e.g. Power BI, Salesforce, Jira) is desirable
