About the Role
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for evaluating needs, designing programs, and delivering learning solutions. This role requires strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and modern learning technologies. The position focuses on leading facilitator-driven training and creating instructional materials such as guides, webinars, software demonstrations, and video-based learning.
In addition, the Solutions Consultant contributes to software implementation efforts by gathering requirements, supporting design documentation, configuring system elements, performing testing, and assisting with general project coordination.
This role works closely with team members, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders. It requires the use of independent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to assess learning needs and develop organization-wide educational programs grounded in performance-consulting practices and learning-development best practices.

Requirements
- Typically requires 2–5 years of experience in organizational training or education; relevant background in fields such as consulting, construction, or real estate may be considered in place of direct training experience.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects at once and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, architecture, or a related field; substantial relevant experience may substitute for the specified degree.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
