Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a multi-segment sales team covering mid-market, enterprise, and commercial accounts across the UK. This role is responsible for driving complex new business acquisition while expanding revenue from advanced technology solutions within the region.
As a highly visible leader, you will work closely with your team in the field, represent the organization at industry events, and engage directly with key prospects and strategic partners. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, strengthening channel and partnership initiatives, and ensuring that new customers experience a seamless, best-in-class onboarding and transition process.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle management of a high-performing, multi-segment sales organization.
  • Implement disciplined performance management practices, providing structured coaching and development while maintaining uncompromising accountability to targets.
  • Conduct rigorous pipeline reviews, ensure forecast accuracy, and maintain consistent, structured one-to-one management cadences.
  • Champion and institutionalize best-in-class sales methodologies and execution standards across the team.
  • Drive reliable attainment of new business objectives and revenue targets tied to advanced technology solutions.
  • Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within mid-market and enterprise customer segments.
  • Support strategic partnership initiatives, including co-selling efforts, joint campaigns, and alliance-driven events.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to align on demand generation initiatives, brand positioning, and pipeline development activities.
  • Partner with Finance and Human Resources on forecasting discipline, workforce planning, and compensation strategy.
  • Establish and maintain strong cross-functional alignment with Customer Success to ensure smooth, high-quality post-sale transitions.
  • Represent the organization externally as a credible industry presence at conferences, panels, and client engagements.
  • Travel as needed to support field-based sales activity, customer meetings, and strategic opportunities.
  • Contribute actively to broader organizational initiatives, demonstrating collaborative leadership and shared accountability for overall business performance.

Requirements
  
Required

  • Minimum of five years’ experience leading sales teams within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing mid-market and/or enterprise sales teams to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong working knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as Sandler, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.
  • Proficiency with leading sales and productivity platforms, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach), and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Practical experience incorporating AI-enabled tools (e.g., large language model applications) into daily sales operations, coaching, and productivity workflows.
  • High standards for performance management, operational rigor, and professional integrity.

Preferred

  • Experience within the property technology (PropTech) sector.
  • Background in commercial real estate or property management software solutions.
  • Experience leading teams responsible for both new business acquisition and expansion/commercial revenue streams.
  • Exposure to partnership, channel, or strategic alliance sales motions.
  • Prior experience representing an organization externally at industry conferences, panels, or client-facing events.
