Our Client is is an established, award-winning PropTech based in Munich. They are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive.
  
The role:
As a Senior Account Executive you will ensure that asset managers and project developers have the optimal tool for CO2 optimization of new buildings and existing buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell SaaS solutions for the CO2 optimization of new buildings and entire building stocks
  • Independent sales from lead acquisition or the acceptance of inbound leads to the successful conclusion of deals with mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Achieving sales goals by acquiring and developing satisfied customers
  • Close collaboration in the sales team, with the marketing, service and product teams, as well as with management
  • Continuous development of our sales processes and resources in order to grow together as a team
  • Represent the company at conferences and trade fairs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions, ideally in the real estate industry or in the areas of sustainability/climate protection
  • Proven success in closing deals with medium and large customers and achieving sales goals
  • Enjoy problem-solving and the “consultative sales” approach
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to recognize needs and potential and to present suitable solutions professionally
  • Able to negotiate in German and English
  • Independent, results-oriented way of working and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Willingness to travel
