Our Client is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to support new client acquisition and account growth across international markets. The successful candidate will play an important role in driving revenue growth by working closely with enterprise organisations as they navigate evolving operational and regulatory requirements.
This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role focused on developing and managing strategic accounts across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will bring experience in enterprise sales environments, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
The role requires collaboration with a range of internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes for clients while supporting sustainable, long-term revenue growth for the business.
  
Key Responsibilities
  
Pipeline Development & Business Growth

  • Build and manage a high-quality enterprise sales pipeline across international markets
  • Identify, prospect, and engage senior stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand operational, compliance, and reporting challenges
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority prospects
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Full Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage opportunities from initial outreach through to contract completion
  • Deliver tailored product presentations in collaboration with technical teams
  • Coordinate and contribute to formal proposal and information request processes
  • Prepare commercial proposals, pricing structures, and contractual terms
  • Work with internal stakeholders to negotiate and finalise agreements
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within internal systems

Account Development

  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders within large organisations
  • Represent the organisation at relevant professional events and industry forums
  • Position the company as a trusted strategic partner for clients

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with client success teams to support onboarding and long-term account development
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and market positioning initiatives
  • Provide structured market feedback and insights to internal leadership and product teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales roles
  • Experience selling into commercial real estate organisations, asset managers, real estate investment firms, or similar financial institutions
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting, building performance standards, or relevant regulatory frameworks across the UK and Europe
  • Demonstrated ability to close large enterprise deals with annual contract values exceeding six figures
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
  • Experience managing and responding to complex RFP processes
  • Proven forecasting discipline and consistent use of CRM systems for pipeline management
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable operating within fast-paced, high-growth environments
