Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to drive the adoption and growth of sensor-based hardware and cloud software solutions across the US market.

About the Role
  
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to drive the adoption and growth of sensor-based hardware and cloud software solutions across the US market. This role requires experience identifying and developing key accounts and project opportunities within the construction sector, particularly in jobsite concrete operations. The successful candidate will lead strategic outbound prospecting efforts, build and maintain strong industry relationships, drive business development initiatives, manage channel partners, and execute a focused territory sales strategy.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets through structured outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and proactive outreach.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through close, advancing opportunities through each stage to successful completion.
  • Leverage industry expertise and digital research tools to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and project opportunities within the construction sector, driving demand within an assigned territory.
  • Establish and nurture strategic account relationships to support recurring revenue growth across a portfolio of hardware and software solutions, engaging contractors, testing laboratories, producers, and channel partners.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Accurately track, manage, and report pipeline activity and performance within a CRM system, adhering to defined sales processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional commercial team members to share insights, align strategies, and collectively expand market presence.
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Work in coordination with Marketing to promote campaigns, events, and regional initiatives that generate awareness and drive account development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a sales role within North America, with a demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and experience selling into this market; familiarity with the concrete sector is considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in key account management and channel partner development.
  • Background in construction technology, including hardware (e.g., sensors) and SaaS solution sales.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel for customer meetings and industry engagements.
  • Highly organized and structured approach to work, with strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional networks.
