Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead revenue growth and expand partnerships while managing and developing a high-performing sales team. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, making it ideal for a sales leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  
Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a sales organization, including account executives, account managers, and business development representatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Oversee key account acquisition and management, guiding the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, providing insights and adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client and partner relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to go-to-market and partnership strategies.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach sales talent to support organizational growth.
  • Manage CRM processes, pipeline visibility, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a senior sales leader or Sales Director in a growth-oriented organization.
  • Background in financial services, lending, technology, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, managing and developing sales teams of 5–10+ people.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and pivot in fast-moving environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales management.
