A fast-growing, globally distributed SaaS company is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive new business across mid-market and enterprise segments. This is a pure individual contributor role focused on building and closing net-new opportunities rather than relying on heavy inbound volume or established brand recognition.
The ideal candidate is a tenacious new-logo hunter who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving go-to-market environment – particularly one transitioning into advanced AI-driven solutions. You will manage a diverse pipeline of mid-market deals and larger enterprise opportunities, working closely with channel partners to extend reach and accelerate revenue.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle as an individual contributor, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Drive consistent net-new revenue by proactively building your own pipeline, complemented by leads generated from an SDR team.
  • Manage and close mid-market opportunities and enterprise deals ranging from $200–300K ACV.
  • Partner with key channel organizations, including major ecosystem players, to co-sell and expand reach.
  • Navigate a challenger-style sale, effectively positioning a high-value solution from a fast-growing but not yet widely known brand.
  • Hit and exceed ARR targets – quota set at approximately $720K annually with a structured six-month ramp period.
  • Travel periodically (around 5 days per month) to support customer meetings, onsite presentations, and joint field work with colleagues.
  • Collaborate closely with product and GTM teams as the company expands into new markets, including the launch of a next-generation AI-driven platform.
  • Demonstrate commitment to long-term growth within the organization, contributing to a strong culture of performance and accountability.

Requirements

  • Proven success as an individual contributor closing mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals, with a strong new-logo acquisition track record.
  • Experience generating your own pipeline and thriving without heavy inbound support.
  • Ability to navigate longer, more complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfort selling for a company that is rapidly scaling and still building brand recognition; resilient and motivated by challenge.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and able to work at high velocity in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners; familiarity with large ecosystem players is a plus.
  • Motivated by earnings potential and excited to excel as an IC for the next several years before considering leadership pathways.
  • Strong communication, organization, and consultative selling skills.
  • Interest in the evolving AI landscape and ability to articulate the value of forward-thinking, agentic AI solutions.
  • Background selling real estate or CRE-related technology is helpful, but openness to new verticals is more important as the company expands into multifamily and other asset classes.
