Our client is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join a fast-growing organization operating in a dynamic, high-change environment. In this role, priorities may shift frequently, requiring strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to make effective trade-offs.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and operate onboarding, ramp, and readiness programs for revenue-facing roles, with clear performance standards and repeatable coaching mechanisms.
  • Deliver scalable, in-workflow enablement assets that accelerate seller productivity and reduce reliance on live training.
  • Establish and reinforce a consistent qualification and execution framework across go-to-market teams, embedded into coaching, deal reviews, handoffs, and CRM workflows in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Enable teams to manage complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities through repeatable enterprise selling plays, including stakeholder alignment, mutual action planning, and disciplined negotiation practices.
  • Leverage AI responsibly to accelerate enablement content creation, iteration, and reinforcement through repeatable, governed workflows.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to operationalize stage definitions, data standards, pipeline inspection, forecasting hygiene, and cross-functional handoffs, translating process changes into measurable adoption.
  • Support continuity across the customer lifecycle by improving handoffs, expectation-setting, value articulation, and renewal readiness where it drives outcomes.
  • Operate with high ownership in a lean environment, flexing into adjacent needs while remaining focused on enablement and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting complex, enterprise sales motions, including multi-stakeholder deals, mutual action planning, decision-process discovery, and procurement or security workflows.
  • Demonstrated success improving time-to-productivity through structured onboarding, certifications, coaching, and sustained behavior change.
  • Strong analytical and data fluency, with the ability to diagnose performance gaps, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI to accelerate output while maintaining high quality and governance standards.
  • Comfortable owning enablement initiatives while partnering closely with Revenue Operations on process adoption, CRM reinforcement, and pipeline inspection rhythms.
  • Experience enabling cross-functional go-to-market teams, including sales, solutions/technical roles, implementation, and customer success.
  • Background in complex, enterprise, or highly technical selling environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with modern revenue technology stacks and enablement workflows within leading CRM and conversation intelligence platforms.
