Our client is looking for a commercially driven sales professional to join their growing team.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a commercially driven sales professional to join their growing team and play a key role in expanding their presence within the luxury property sector across the UK and Europe.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective clients through the purchasing journey, delivering a highly consultative and personalised experience while helping them understand the value of an innovative property ownership solution. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, leveraging your market knowledge and commercial acumen to identify opportunities, address client needs, and successfully convert qualified prospects into customers.
You will take ownership of opportunities that have already been qualified by the wider business development team, managing the sales process through property viewings, negotiations, and final transaction stages. Success in this role will require strong relationship-building skills, a strategic approach to sales, and the ability to confidently engage with discerning clientele.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organisation operating at the intersection of property and technology, helping to drive expansion across key markets while contributing directly to business growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for both domestic and international prospective clients, guiding them through the purchasing journey and successfully converting qualified opportunities into customers.
  • Conduct property viewings and client presentations, both virtually and in person, across a portfolio of premium properties and key target markets.
  • Maintain in-depth market knowledge of the residential property sector, including market trends, regulatory considerations, taxation implications, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to internal teams, helping to inform business strategy, marketing initiatives, product development, and future growth opportunities.
  • Own and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively, customer data is accurately maintained, and forecasts are regularly updated to support business planning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, operations, and senior leadership, to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization professionally and delivering a customer experience that reflects the premium nature of the offering.
  • Travel as required to support client meetings, property viewings, market development initiatives, team collaboration, and business growth activities across key regions.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, with at least five years of success in a high-performance, customer-facing sales environment. Experience within luxury property, premium hospitality, financial services, lifestyle brands, or other high-value sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial track record, demonstrating consistent achievement and exceeding of sales targets within a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
  • Market awareness and commercial acumen, with the ability to understand customer motivations, identify opportunities, and navigate complex purchasing decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales technology, including experience managing pipelines, maintaining accurate records, and leveraging data to support forecasting and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with senior stakeholders, affluent clients, and diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work, with the willingness to accommodate varying customer schedules and business requirements, including occasional evening or weekend commitments.
  • Comfortable working in a technology-enabled and collaborative environment, including partnering with colleagues across different teams, regions, and time zones.
