Our client is seeking a sales professional to join a global team delivering a premium client experience by introducing an innovative property co-ownership model to high-net-worth buyers across the UK and European markets. In this role, you will act as the primary representative in London, driving revenue by converting prospective buyers into property co-owners.
The position requires strong market knowledge and a consultative sales approach to demonstrate the value of the co-ownership model. As a regional lead, you will manage the mid-to-late stages of the sales funnel, working with qualified leads generated by the lead generation team and guiding them through property tours, negotiations, and closing.
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing property technology company as it expands its presence across London and other key second-home destinations.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle for domestic and international prospective buyers, guiding them from initial engagement through to completed property co-ownership.
  • Property Showings: Conduct approximately 20–25 property tours per month, including both virtual and in-person viewings across the London portfolio and relevant second-home markets.
  • Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the London property market, including regulatory considerations, Stamp Duty implications, and the luxury housing inventory.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide ongoing feedback to acquisition and marketing teams regarding UK market conditions, buyer sentiment, and emerging demand trends.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee a late-stage sales pipeline with disciplined CRM management, ensuring accurate data tracking and reliable weekly forecasting for the region.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales leadership and lead-generation teams to streamline the buyer journey and ensure a smooth transition from lead qualification to closing.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering a high-touch, client-focused experience aligned with a premium property offering.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel (approximately 25%) for internal collaboration, market development, and property site visits across the UK and Europe.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of strong sales performance, ideally within prime London real estate, luxury hospitality, or a high-growth property technology environment.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, high-value sales setting.
  • Local Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the London property market and the characteristics and expectations of UK-based buyers.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems, with the ability to operate effectively in a remote-first, technology-enabled environment across multiple time zones.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven capacity to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients.
  • Flexibility: Able to accommodate a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet client availability and business demands.
  • Industry Awareness: Familiarity with UK estate agency standards and regulations, with professional credentials such as NAEA Propertymark considered advantageous but not essential.
