About the Role
Our client is seeking a sales professional to join a global team delivering a premium client experience by introducing an innovative property co-ownership model to high-net-worth buyers across the UK and European markets. In this role, you will act as the primary representative in London, driving revenue by converting prospective buyers into property co-owners.
The position requires strong market knowledge and a consultative sales approach to demonstrate the value of the co-ownership model. As a regional lead, you will manage the mid-to-late stages of the sales funnel, working with qualified leads generated by the lead generation team and guiding them through property tours, negotiations, and closing.
