You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver intuitive, impactful solutions.

The Product Manager will collaborate closely with:

• Senior leaders across Product and Go-to-Market functions
• Engineering teams spanning user experience and platform development
• Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Sales
• Public sector champions and end users in areas such as utility coordination, right-of-way, planning, and design

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for features designed for public sector and infrastructure clients, from concept through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Build deep expertise in early-stage planning workflows, including utility coordination, right-of-way analysis, permitting, budgeting, and approvals.
• Engage with stakeholders to validate challenges, gather feedback, and test prototypes.
• Create product and market requirement documents for technology-driven features that streamline planning processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver intuitive, user-focused solutions.
• Define and track success metrics, iterating based on adoption, user input, and measurable impact.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and long-term satisfaction.
• Contribute to go-to-market initiatives with clear value messaging and internal team enablement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience delivering B2B or SaaS solutions.
• Experience working with public sector organizations, such as transportation agencies, municipalities, or transit authorities.
• Strong communicator with the ability to translate customer feedback into clear product requirements.
• Skilled in writing product requirement documents and leading agile development processes.
• Genuine interest in infrastructure and the future of the built environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and working across complex domains such as data, GIS, and AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with infrastructure design or planning software (e.g., Esri, Autodesk, Bentley, Trimble).
• Background in AI-based analytics or geospatial platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of workflows such as early-stage planning, permitting, utility coordination, dig tickets, right-of-way, or subsurface utility engineering.
• Understanding of public sector procurement cycles and compliance processes.
