About the Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a UK-based SaaS technology business as its first dedicated HR hire, following a recent acquisition by a rapidly expanding international group.
This is a hands-on, operational role with significant responsibility for UK employment law and people operations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership at both local and group level, taking end-to-end ownership of HR operations, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle within the UK business.
The role will suit someone who enjoys establishing HR frameworks from the ground up, acting as a trusted partner to leadership, and building a compliant, effective people function in a growing technology-led organisation.
