Head of Product Role:

• Base salary ~$230K (there is flex above or below this figure depending on experience) plus equity
• Office-first in Austin (5 days a week onsite)
• Series A funding
• Build new products 0-1 
• Join a team of 2 Product Managers and 2 UX designers, reporting directly to the CEO
• Flexible PTO plus company close down over the Christmas period
• Health, learning and parental support
• Hands on in direct comms with customers

The Ideal Profile Will Have:

• 8+ years experience in product at both a D2C and B2B company
• Experience working at a start-up (entrepreneurial mentality – thriving in a scrappy environment)
• Happy to work as a player coach (70% individual contributor work, 30% team leadership) and has done so before
• Some past exposure to proptech extremely advantageous
• No egos! Culture is king!
