Our client is seeking a Growth Marketing / Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize marketing initiatives that drive demand generation.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Growth Marketing / Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, strengthen brand awareness, and support revenue growth. This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role, offering the opportunity to work across a broad range of activities, from coordinating events and managing digital marketing campaigns to analyzing performance data and creating compelling customer success stories that support the sales process.
The successful candidate will act as the link between marketing, sales, and business development, ensuring campaigns are measurable, scalable, and aligned with commercial objectives. This is a high-impact position with significant autonomy and visibility, ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data-driven decision-making. It is an excellent opportunity for a proactive marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building effective marketing processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver the company’s presence at industry exhibitions, conferences, and events, managing all aspects from logistics and stand preparation to marketing materials, lead capture, and on-site coordination.
  • Develop and execute pre- and post-event marketing campaigns, including email communications, to drive registrations, attendance, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Produce and maintain marketing performance reports using CRM and marketing automation platforms, analyzing campaign effectiveness, return on investment, lead conversion, and pipeline contribution to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the company’s social media channels, creating and maintaining a content calendar while publishing engaging content that enhances brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets, audience targeting, creative assets, and performance reporting to maximize lead generation and return on investment.
  • Oversee the sourcing, procurement, inventory, and distribution of branded merchandise for customers, prospects, employees, and events, ensuring an efficient and scalable process.
  • Coordinate the development of customer success stories and case studies by engaging with clients, capturing measurable outcomes, and producing high-quality content to support marketing and business development activities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, event marketing, or a similar B2B marketing role. Experience within a SaaS or technology environment is advantageous.
  • Proven experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot or equivalent) to build and manage marketing campaigns, workflows, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrable experience planning, coordinating, and delivering industry events, exhibitions, or trade shows from concept through to execution.
  • Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content, including customer case studies, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of, or experience within, the construction industry or marketing to construction and contractor audiences would be advantageous.
