About the Role
As the Founding Sales Lead, you will be responsible for building the company’s sales organization from the ground up and serving as the primary driver of revenue growth. This role will act as a key market-facing leader, owning early customer acquisition, shaping go-to-market strategy, and establishing repeatable sales processes. You will work closely with executive leadership to define pricing, positioning, and sales infrastructure, while directly engaging with prospective customers to validate product-market fit and accelerate commercial traction. Over time, this role will scale into building and leading a high-performing sales team as the company grows.
