About the Role
  
Our client is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Field Marketing & Industry Engagement Manager to support the growth of an innovative technology platform transforming the construction industry. The platform enables owners, contractors, and trade partners to gain greater visibility into project progress, execution, and risk management.
As the organization expands its presence across the US market, industry engagement and field marketing are critical to building brand credibility, strengthening relationships with senior stakeholders, and generating pipeline growth within a highly relationship-driven sector.
This role will lead the company’s US field marketing strategy, including executive engagement initiatives, regional programs, industry partnerships, and event strategy. The position is focused on driving measurable business impact through strategic industry presence and relationship development, rather than traditional event coordination.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the US field marketing strategy in alignment with commercial objectives, key accounts, and target industry segments.
  • Develop and manage the company’s event and industry engagement strategy, determining the most valuable opportunities for sponsorship, attendance, speaking participation, and brand visibility.
  • Plan and deliver a range of industry-facing initiatives, including conferences, executive roundtables, private networking events, and regional engagement programs.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the industry, including technology, innovation, and operational leadership teams.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to create executive engagement opportunities, support pipeline development, and ensure effective post-event follow-up.
  • Manage the field marketing budget, prioritizing investment decisions based on commercial impact and return on investment.
  • Gather and communicate market intelligence and customer insights to support product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement efforts.
  • Success in this role will be measured by business outcomes and commercial impact rather than activity volume.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of experience in field marketing, industry engagement, or enterprise go-to-market roles within B2B technology environments.
  • Proven experience marketing enterprise technology solutions with complex and long sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior executives and industry stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing high-impact events, executive engagement initiatives, and industry programs.
  • Strategic and commercially minded, with a clear understanding of revenue impact and pipeline generation.
  • Confident managing budgets, making strategic decisions, and prioritizing investments based on business outcomes.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities, with the ability to foster meaningful industry connections.
  • Professional presence and strong communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in executive-level environments.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational delivery.
  • US-based with flexibility and willingness to travel frequently as required.
