Our client is searching for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead and execute sales growth across the UK and European markets.

About the Role

Our client is searching for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead and execute sales growth across the UK and European markets. This is a senior individual contributor position with significant commercial impact, requiring a professional who can confidently navigate both technical and business discussions within complex enterprise environments.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on seller who is comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and developing strategic account plans to conducting site visits, assessing customer requirements, and building compelling business cases. The role involves close engagement with multiple stakeholder groups, including executive leadership, IT, procurement, facilities, and workplace teams.
Candidates should have experience selling technology solutions into large enterprise organizations and be skilled at building credibility with a wide range of decision-makers. Industry knowledge within workplace technology, real estate technology, smart buildings, IoT, or related sectors would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing, and closing enterprise sales opportunities across the UK and Europe, while proactively exploring opportunities for expansion into additional markets and territories.
  • Conducting in-depth discovery sessions and on-site assessments to gain a thorough understanding of customer environments, operational challenges, and business objectives, enabling the development of tailored and compelling solutions.
  • Delivering high-impact presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals that clearly articulate value propositions and align with stakeholder priorities across workplace, facilities, operations, sustainability, and technology functions.
  • Leading commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and procurement processes with enterprise customers and partners across a variety of organizational structures and purchasing frameworks.
  • Maintaining detailed account plans and accurate pipeline management within CRM systems to support forecasting, reporting, and strategic account development.
  • Collaborating closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to deployment, while identifying opportunities for account growth, expansion, and long-term customer value.
  • Building and managing strategic relationships with channel, referral, reseller, and technology partners to generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer engagements.
  • Leveraging market intelligence, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and contribute to product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and future development initiatives.
  • Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and partner engagements across the UK and Europe.
  • Contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture through active participation, knowledge sharing, and a commitment to collective success.

Requirements

Required

  • A proven track record in enterprise technology sales, with at least 3–5 years of experience consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets while selling into large, complex enterprise organisations across the UK and Europe.
  • Strong experience within the real estate technology, workplace technology, smart buildings, IoT, facilities management technology, or a closely related sector. Candidates should understand enterprise buying processes, stakeholder management, and the dynamics of large corporate property portfolios.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and the ability to engage effectively with IT teams, technical stakeholders, and implementation partners. Experience discussing hardware solutions, data platforms, integrations, APIs, and technology deployments is highly desirable.
  • A hands-on approach to sales, with a willingness to take ownership of opportunities from initial discovery through to implementation and account growth. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys working closely with customers, products, and operational teams.
  • An entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, navigate challenges, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership through to operational and technical teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience structuring complex enterprise agreements, managing negotiations, and navigating procurement and tender processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and disciplined pipeline management and forecasting practices.
  • An established professional network within the UK and European real estate, workplace, facilities management, or technology sectors would be advantageous.

Preferred Experience

  • Fluency in French and/or German.
  • Experience working within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
  • Exposure to workplace analytics, occupancy intelligence, space utilisation, smart building platforms, or related technologies.
  • Experience developing and managing channel, reseller, referral, or strategic partner relationships within enterprise technology markets.
