Engineering Manager

Our Client is looking for an Engineering Manager.
  
Responsibilities

• Develop impactful features that drive core business outcomes and create meaningful value for customers.
• Scale the platform to support rapid growth and evolving user needs.
• Contribute to product strategy and technical architecture decisions in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Tech Stack

• Backend & Database: Modern web framework (Ruby on Rails), Ruby, and PostgreSQL
• Frontend: React with JavaScript/TypeScript, plus core web technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Infrastructure: Currently hosted on a managed cloud platform, with plans to migrate to AWS/GCP
• Tooling & Services: Monitoring and performance tools, CI/CD pipelines, email delivery service, and CDN/object storage solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in a modern web framework (e.g., Ruby on Rails)
• Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript, with a focus on frontend development
• Full-stack approach, comfortable contributing across both backend and frontend layers
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical engineering experience
