Our Client is currently looking for a Digital Solutions Sales Manager to join one of their specialist divisions.

About the Role
  
Our Client is currently looking for a Digital Solutions Sales Manager to join one of their specialist divisions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of digital solutions across the Western United States. Working closely with the wider sales team, you will promote a portfolio of innovative services, presenting them in a way that aligns with evolving customer needs.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Drive the introduction and growth of digital services within your assigned territory, leveraging strong brand recognition to support outreach efforts.
  • Account Expansion: Identify opportunities within existing customer accounts to broaden the adoption of digital solutions and enhance overall value.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead pricing and contract discussions to secure commercially viable and sustainable agreements.
  • Strategic Execution: Define and deliver sales plans in line with wider business objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and building long-term customer relationships around digital solutions.
  • Flexible Working: Following onboarding, benefit from a predominantly remote working setup.
  • Market Development: Contribute to increasing market awareness of digital innovation within the construction sector.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
  • Solid experience in business-to-business sales, preferably within a technical or project-based industry, with an interest in technology-driven solutions.
  • Relevant qualification in a business, technical, or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong capability in identifying opportunities, generating leads, and developing new client relationships, particularly in evolving or innovation-led environments.
  • Flexibility to travel as required across the designated area.
  • Proactive, independent working style with the ability to perform effectively in a largely remote setting.
