About the Role
  
Our client is seeking a Consultant to lead and deliver successful enterprise software implementations while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves providing implementation support, user training, and ongoing advisory services to a portfolio of clients, helping them effectively manage and optimize their operational processes using the company’s platform. Occasional on-site engagement may be required as part of client delivery.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of client systems and business processes (including on-site assessments where required) to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
• Deliver client training and support ongoing system integrations, maintenance, and updates in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve platform-related issues, including functionality and reporting challenges.
• Build strong client relationships, effectively managing sensitive discussions, addressing objections, and proactively mitigating potential concerns to drive positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to resolve complex client requirements and escalations.
• Assess client operational needs and translate them into appropriate system configurations and solutions.
• Support implementation activities such as data mapping, migration, and user onboarding to ensure successful deployment.
• Document solutions, methodologies, and best practices to contribute to internal knowledge resources.
• Advise clients on best practices to maximize the value and adoption of the platform.
• Identify opportunities to expand services or introduce additional solutions aligned with client needs.
• Provide informed recommendations on complementary products or services that support client objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with technical, product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, including training and process improvements, as well as other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software implementation, business process consulting, or a similar client-facing advisory role.
• At least 3 years of experience managing projects involving financial systems, operational processes, or industry-specific software platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP or similar business applications).
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
• Proven capability to independently manage, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of client-related issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and service.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to build effective working relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
