Our Client is a forward-thinking organisation investing heavily in digital transformation, innovation, and technology-driven operational improvement.

About the Role

Our Client is a forward-thinking organisation investing heavily in digital transformation, innovation, and technology-driven operational improvement. As part of its continued growth strategy, the business is developing proprietary technology solutions designed to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making across complex operational environments.
To support these initiatives, Our Client is seeking a Construction Technology Implementation Manager to act as the bridge between operational teams and technology development. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of project delivery and field operations who is passionate about driving technology adoption, process improvement, and organisational change.
You will work closely with technology and business leaders to ensure that operational requirements are effectively translated into practical, user-focused solutions. Acting as both an internal consultant and change champion, you will help guide the successful implementation of new technologies while providing valuable insights from end users and frontline teams to influence future product development.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping how technology is adopted and leveraged within a growing organisation committed to innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and deployment of internally developed technology solutions across operational projects and business functions.
  • Drive user adoption through training, stakeholder engagement, and effective change management initiatives.
  • Act as the primary link between operational teams and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and solution development.
  • Gather feedback from end users and project teams to identify challenges, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to define workflows, requirements, and feature enhancements that improve efficiency and operational performance.
  • Support the migration from legacy systems and third-party platforms to modern, internally developed solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, automation, and AI-driven capabilities to improve business processes and decision-making.
  • Champion innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technology adoption across the organisation.
  • Partner with business and technology leadership to establish best practices for digital transformation, operational excellence, and technology implementation.
  • Monitor implementation success, measure adoption outcomes, and recommend improvements to maximise business value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, project delivery, construction technology, or a related consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, project delivery processes, and the challenges faced by field and project teams.
  • Experience implementing, deploying, or supporting technology solutions within operational or project-based environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Experience leading user training, onboarding, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives to support successful technology adoption.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, operational software systems, and technology-enabled workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on driving efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, automation, and AI-driven solutions, with an interest in how technology can transform traditional industries.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and varying stakeholder groups.
