Our Client is looking for a Client Partner to manage and nurture end-to-end client relationships.

About the Role
  
Our Client is looking for a Client Partner to manage and nurture end-to-end client relationships following the initial sale, with a dual focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth through upselling. This role holds full ownership of the commercial relationship and is quota-carrying.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Proactively identify and pursue revenue expansion opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling, leveraging structured growth plans
  • Lead renewal discussions and shape overarching account strategies to maximise retention
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey, working cross-functionally to ensure client needs are consistently met
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and commercial conversations

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in both German and English
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an account management or client partnership capacity
  • Proven ability to build and sustain meaningful relationships with C-suite and senior-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • A balanced approach to strategic thinking and tactical execution

Desirable

  • Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and its core concepts, such as rent rolls, operating statements, and valuations
  • Understanding of real estate investment workflows, spanning acquisition, asset management, and portfolio management
  • Prior experience collaborating with real estate professionals, including fund managers, asset managers, and property managers
  • Background working with SaaS or data platforms within the real estate or financial services sectors
  • Strong analytical capability, with confidence in interpreting and communicating complex data sets
  • A demonstrated ability to rapidly absorb and apply new concepts within real estate finance and data
