Market-Leading Smart Building & PropTech - seeking Business Development Manager

Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business in commercial real estate (lead generation to deal closure)
  • Contribute significantly to revenue growth
  • Build and maintain client relationships, generating leads from existing accounts
  • Prepare proposals and quotes with internal approvals
  • Ensure smooth handover of deals to the Implementation Team
  • Minimize post-purchase dissatisfaction
  • Collaborate with C-suite, technical, and customer success teams
  • Provide weekly sales pipeline reports to C-suite
  • Attend client meetings to drive growth
  • Maintain sales database

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in 360 sales, including lead generation and closing
  • Strong network in commercial real estate (asset owners/operators)
  • Experience with mid-market to enterprise-level sales
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to prioritize and meet revenue targets
