Our Client is looking for an experienced Account Manager.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for advancing the company’s go-to-market initiatives and supporting growth within your designated region. This role blends strategic planning with direct customer engagement, fostering strong on-site relationships, showcasing innovative offerings, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, enterprise-level results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and expand existing accounts through in-person engagement across your assigned region.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans for a targeted set of high-priority customer organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to roll out strategic programs and large-scale commercial agreements.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach by assessing customer needs, identifying key decision-makers, and articulating the company’s value proposition.
  • Lead on-site demonstrations of the company’s technology and facilitate meetings with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technical Services, and Customer Success to deliver a cohesive client experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade associations to build relationships and stay informed on regional market dynamics.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with preference for backgrounds in construction tech, industrial IoT, or software platforms supporting the built environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to navigate complex sales cycles and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related area.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Comfortable incorporating AI-powered productivity tools to streamline communication and day-to-day tasks.
  • Solid grasp of construction processes, field operations, and the challenges associated with adopting new technology.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both on-site teams and senior decision-makers.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to operate independently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
