Our client is looking for an Account Executive to drive new business growth and manage the full sales cycle. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and building strong, lasting relationships. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and discovery calls to understand client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer success, product) to ensure strong alignment across the customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, tracking interactions and progress toward revenue targets.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform internal strategy and product improvements.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a sales or account executive role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage pipelines and close deals.
  • Comfort with technology platforms, including CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and a customer-first approach.
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology-enabled solutions.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving products, processes, and market conditions.
