Our Client is looking for an Account Executive.

About the Role
  
As a Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business by aligning customer needs with tailored solutions. Leveraging your background in the construction sector and enterprise sales expertise, you will engage prospects, uncover challenges, and design strategies that highlight value and measurable ROI.
Your work will center on building a deep understanding of customer objectives and guiding them toward success with our platform. You will identify key stakeholders, nurture relationships, and establish long-term partnerships within your accounts. This role carries annual and quarterly sales targets, and you will report to senior revenue leadership as a core member of the commercial team.
  
Key Responsibilities

  •  Build and sustain long-term, influential relationships within target accounts, engaging effectively at all levels—including executive leadership—to understand goals and desired business outcomes.
  • Identify and connect with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions with client needs and clearly communicating value.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle, from prospecting and business development through negotiation, closing, and ongoing support.
  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, operations, SDR) to create and execute account strategies that drive engagement and trust.
  • Develop action plans to address account challenges, monitor progress, and deliver solutions.
  • Plan, forecast, and execute strategies to build a healthy pipeline and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate account records, opportunities, and next steps within CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles, carrying a quota, and overseeing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing six-figure contracts and managing complex agreements.
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled in solution-oriented, value-driven selling with strong knowledge of sales methodologies, account planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experienced in consultative sales, proficient with CRM tools, and open to domestic and international travel as required.
