Our Client is seeking an Account Executive to lead consultative, value-driven sales efforts.

About the Role
  
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with clients in the multifamily housing sector, including property owners, operators, and management companies. Using a consultative and narrative-driven approach, you will work to understand client goals, identify opportunities, and demonstrate how tailored solutions can deliver meaningful business impact.
This role is well-suited for someone who actively listens, thinks creatively, and excels at translating customer needs into strategic, value-driven outcomes.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete enterprise sales process, from initial outreach and discovery through value-driven conversations, product demonstrations, negotiation, and final close.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers, grounded in trust, insight, and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Develop compelling narratives that clearly link the solution’s value to client challenges, priorities, and desired outcomes.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to identify, nurture, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Present clear ROI analyses that illustrate business impact and measurable results.
  • Partner closely with teams such as Implementation, Product, Customer Success, and Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
  • Serve as a representative of the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets through thoughtful, relationship-focused selling.

Requirements

  • Over five years of experience leading complex, end-to-end B2B SaaS sales cycles for enterprise or mid-market customers.
  • Proven history of consultative, relationship-focused selling involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong capability in value-based storytelling and effectively communicating ROI.
  • Background in the multifamily housing sector or property technology is a plus.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation abilities, both in person and in virtual settings.
  • Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and proactive in follow-up and execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and brings creativity to client interactions.
  • Works collaboratively and values teamwork and collective success.
  • Open to travel of approximately 25%.
