Our Client is a growing organization in the property technology space and they are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Executive to join their expanding sales team. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, responding to inbound leads, and cultivating strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid grasp of B2B sales, and a genuine interest in innovation within the Proptech industry.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through multiple outreach methods, including cold calls, email campaigns, social platforms, and networking events.
  • Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value and impact of the company’s solutions.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across assigned territories and target accounts.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract closure—delivering a smooth and professional experience throughout.
  • Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with senior sales leadership to accelerate deal progression and secure agreements.
  • Stay current on industry developments, competitive activity, and market dynamics to help position offerings strategically.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and updates to leadership and contributing to broader sales planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met and to support overall business growth.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of demonstrated success in selling SaaS or related technology solutions
  • Consistently met or exceeded sales targets in previous roles
  • Proactive, self-driven approach to sourcing and developing new business opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working collaboratively across departments and teams
  • Employs a strategic, consultative approach to sales with a focus on long-term value
  • Resilient and persistent when navigating objections and closing complex deals
  • Embraces a growth mindset and thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in qualifying prospects, delivering impactful demos, and managing complex sales cycles
  • Adept at aligning solutions with client needs through consultative selling
  • Highly driven and results-focused with a strong customer orientation
  • Committed to delivering outstanding client experiences
  • Comfortable adapting to change and working in dynamic settings
  • Skilled in using CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, and Google Workspace
  • Able to interpret and communicate basic financial models effectively
