Our Client is looking for an experienced Account Executive.
Role overview & Key responsibilities
Design and implement strategic lead generation initiatives aimed at the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), with a focus on mid-market, corporate, and high-security industries.
Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) targets.
Deliver customized product demonstrations that address the unique needs and security challenges of prospective clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor by offering insights into industry trends and security technologies to help clients enhance their operations.
Collect and relay customer feedback to support product improvements and optimize sales strategies.
Support the creation and continuous improvement of the company’s sales playbook to enable scalable and repeatable sales processes.
Education & Experience
3+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales.
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and building strong, multi-threaded relationships within complex sales processes.
Ability to communicate technical product features in terms of clear business value to non-technical audiences.
Experience working with mid-market clients or within the physical security sector is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Collaborative team player with a strong ability to work cross-functionally toward shared company objectives.
Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment, particularly during Series A or Series B stages, is preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
