Account Executive for Series B PropTech (NYC Based)

Account Executive (AE)

This high-volume, high-impact sales role is focused on driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. AEs are pivotal in delivering SaaS solutions to clients in the real estate investment sector, while upselling financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution

  • Full ownership of the sales process: sourcing, prospecting, demos, and closing.
  • Achieve a significant annual quota with an expectation to close multiple deals per month.
  • Build a strong pipeline by hunting and leveraging internal resources.

Client Management

  • Sell SaaS CRM solutions and complementary financial services (e.g., bookkeeping, tax solutions).
  • Educate clients on the platform and demonstrate ROI for real estate investment workflows.

Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Product) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Provide client feedback to improve product offerings and sales enablement.

Leadership (Player-Coach)

  • Guide and mentor junior sales team members where necessary.
  • Take ownership of your territory and outcomes, demonstrating leadership qualities to contribute to team growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B SaaS Sales Experience: Experience selling CRM, fintech solutions, or similar platforms.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently close multiple deals per month.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Experience selling to real estate investment firms is a significant advantage.
  • Hunter Mentality: Ability to source leads, prospect effectively, and close deals.
  • Dynamic Persona: Strong communication, presence, and negotiation skills.
  • KPIs & Performance Focus: Thrives under metrics-driven, competitive environments.
  • Work Ethic: Energetic, self-motivated, and resilient.
