Our Client is seeking a driven and resourceful Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is excited about contributing to a dynamic, scaling organization.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a mix of inbound opportunities and leads generated by business development efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline within an assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, identifying challenges and tailoring solutions to their needs.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from discovery and product demonstrations through negotiation and contracting.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales processes and playbooks to strengthen go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Partner with marketing by sharing feedback on campaigns and messaging effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product teams by providing insights on feature opportunities driven by prospect feedback.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals and key sales performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a high-growth software environment.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience creating tailored proposals using a variety of pricing approaches (beyond a fixed rate card).
  • Ability to confidently manage sales processes with senior stakeholders, balanced with humility and a strong desire to keep learning and improving.
  • A curious, collaborative mindset that helps uncover and address prospect challenges.
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude suited to the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of scaling organizations.
  • Interest in the commercial real estate sector is essential; prior knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • A thoughtful perspective on how AI can enhance productivity and sales effectiveness.
